Hello, Goodbye
August 28, 2006 on 12:29 am | In personal | No CommentsAlthough I’m just trying to get this site off the ground, and I have a backlog of ideas that will hopefully become lucid posts, I need to start with the caveat that the next several weeks will likely see infrequent updates.
Fortunately, I have the best of explanations: my upcoming wedding, September 3 in Boston. We will be traveling on our Honeymoon to the London, Bath, Paris, and Bruges, returning in mid-September.
Welcome, O Life!
August 27, 2006 on 11:31 am | In ajax | No CommentsMy name is Ryan Breen, and I am currently employeed as the Vice President of Technology at Gomez, Inc, the leading provider of web application performance management solutions. I’m hoping to use this site as a forum to discuss what I’ve learned working with our more forward-thinking customers as Ajax and other RIA technologies attempt to make the leap from ‘gee whiz’ to well-understood, manageable member of the web application development toolbox.
I’ve had a LiveJournal blog since early 2001, but it fell into disrepair in recent years as I have focused on work and lost the desire to muse about my incredibly boring personal life. Hopefully, this attempt will be more fruitful as I can instead muse on my incredibly exciting professional life.
